There are several parking options at Monongalia County Ballpark. Fans may pay to park at Monongalia County Ballpark in either Lot 1 or Lot 2. Parking lot 1 is located behind the center field fence on the opposite side of Gyorko Drive near Buffalo Wild Wings and Star Furniture. Lot 2 is located behind the right field clubhouse building and _requires a season parking pas_s. Season parking passes may be purchased by calling the Black Bears Ticket Office at (304) 293-7653.
Fans may also park at the University Town Center. A limited number of parking spots are located at Walmart, Sams Club and the WVU Hospital Facility. Available parking spots at Walmart and Sams Club are striped with white paint. Game day parking is prohibited in any spots striped in yellow paint.
Parking rules for the WVU Hospital facility are as follows: The West Virginia Black Bears have access to "up to 50% of the final, as-constructed parking spaces on the Hospital Premises"… Those spots become available for Black Bears games starting at 5 p.m. on for all evening games as they open up with the full complement of spaces available by 6 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays the designated spaces are available starting two hours prior to game time as the spots open up with all designated spots available one hour prior to the game. Fans are not allowed into the WVU Hospital facility restrooms. Tailgating and tents are not allowed in the lot either and nothing can be sold in the lot.
ADA parking is available in Parking Lot 3 located directly behind the scoreboard at Monongalia County Ballpark near Gate A. These reserved spaces are sold on a first come first serve basis. Disabled fans or those driving a fan with a handicap should notify the parking manager of their desire to park in the reserved handicapped area. Upon notification, the parking lot staff will direct the vehicle to the closest parking space. Proper handicap identification is required.
- Valid state-issued ADA parking placard or license plate
- Valid state-issued ADA parking registration card
- Photo ID of the ADA permit holder (the photo ID must match the ADA parking registration card)
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
